Zucchini, Tomato and Cheese Melt

Note: This is a lower carb veggie sandwich. I used low carb tortilla bread.

- tortilla
- zucchini
- slice tomato (outer skin)
- 21 grams fat free cheese

Directions: Cook zucchini. Add to middle of tortilla. Add cheese and tomato. Roll up and cook on foreman grill.
