Note: I had this pre-workout along with some butterscotch pudding (see above recipe). Wow, I can't believe how tasty this little treat is for only 100 calories.
I recommend you freeze them, and let them thaw overnight and microwave for about 20 seconds in the morning. I can't believe how moist they are for a low fat product. I thought they would be dry, but they weren't at all.
Banana Nut: If you have been following my blog, you know by now I like my bananas. This muffin definitely tasted like a banana nut bread. I liked the crunchiness of the nuts on top. And it was incredibly moist and not dried out. This is a highly recommended flavor :)
