Tuna and Sweet Relish Stuffed Red Pepper

Note: this was super yummy and super filling.

- 5 oz tuna
- red pepper
- sweet relish (no sugar added)- I used mount olive brand.
- balsamic vinegar

Directions: Hollow out red pepper. Mix tuna with relish and balsamic vinegar. Stuff the pepper with the mix.
