Note: OMG, this is yummy. Next time I am going to mix the flax and PB before I roll them up, so the flax doesn't fall out
- 3 oz shrimp
- 1 tablespoon spicy peanut butter ("heat is on")
- tablespoon flax
- lettuce leaves
Directions: Cook shrimp. Mix PB and Flax Place one shrimp on lettuce leaf and split pb/flax mix on top. Roll up.
