Roasted Veggies

Note: So, I saw some roasted veggies on other bloggers site and decided to make my own. I am one person who never had a problem eating their veggies.

- veggies (I used red pepper, green pepper, onion, cabbage, carrots, zucchini). I pictured summer squash, but ended up not using it. There was too much.
- olive oil (enough to coat
- seasonings: garlic powder, rosemary, thyme

Directions: Cut up veggies in bite size chunks. Throw in a baking pan and coat with olive oil and seasonings. Bake at 435 (don't ask, it was random) for about 15-20 minutes.
