Roasted Chicken and Veggies

Note: I am LOVING my roasted veggies lately.

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 oz chicken
- tomato
- onion
- green pepper
- basil
- oregano

Directions: Cut up veggies in chunky pieces. Sprinkle with olive oil, basil and oregano. Roast at 400 for like 15 minutes. Once cooked, add chicken.
