Note: Since I have recently drastically cut the amount of artificial sweeteners in my diet, I am noticing I am craving a lot of fruit lately. This apple was screaming my name :)
- 1/2 onion
- butternut squash (1/2 small)
- apple (chopped)
Directions: Chop squash an donion into bite size pieces. Toss in pam-sprayed pam and put in oven for 20 minutes at 350. After 20 minutes, add chopped apple and cook for another 10.
