Note: Using the red pepper hummus I made, I made a little panini out of it. The pics came out horrible last night. The pics were better this morning, so I will update.
- 100 calorie bun (I used One Bun, you can use Arnold's)
- 2 tablespoons red pepper hummus
- slice of fat free cheese
top bread with hummus and cheese. Grill on foreman.
