Note: So, I decided to make the other 1/2 with banana instead of apple :) Can't decide which one I liked better.. definitely making both of these again!
- 1/2 acorn squash
- banana, cut in chunks
- optional toppings: cinnamon, nutmeg, stevia, sugar free maple syrup, butter buds, vanilla extract
Directions: Cut acorn squash in 1/2. Hollow out inside. Mix apple with cinnamon, nutmeg, stevia, maple syrup. Put apple mix in the middle of squash and bake in oven for 20 minutes until soft.
