Note: OH WOW, this was delicious... sometimes I even impress myself :) I never had buttercup squash before and this was awesome.. I am seriously going back to the store tomorrow to buy some more.
- 1 small buttercup squash
- butter buds
- sugar free maple syrup
Directions: Cut squash in 1/2 and scoop out the seeds. Fill with cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar free syrup and butter buds. Microwave on 75% power for like 6-7 minutes, depending on the size.
