Note: Using the 100 calorie buns, grilled chicken, fat free cheese and my foreman, I made a yummy panini.
- 100 calorie thin
- 1 slice fat free cheese
- 2 oz chicken (cooked)
Directions: Pile chicken on one 1/2 of the bun, cheese on other and grill open-faced on foreman. Once melted, close the sandwich and cok a bit longer. SOO YUMMY!.
