Low Fat Banana French Toast

Note: using the 100 calorie buns, I made french toast and had it with a side of my french toast eggs for a healthy treat.

Ingredients:
- 100 calorie bread (arnold's thins or one bun)
- 1 egg white
- cinnamon
- sweetener of choice

Directions: mix cinnamon, sweetener and egg. Dunk both sides of thin and cook on skillet.
