Low Carb Strawberry Banana Pudding

Note: Another low carb ice cream (sorry I have some cottage cheese I need to use up ASAP)

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (fat free)
- 4 grams sf/ff cheesecake
- 2 tablespoons sugar free jelly (strawberry)
- stevia- 1/8 cup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond breeze
- xantham gum(optional)

Directions: Blend in bullet. pour in container and refridgerate.
