Note: Wow, a nice little high protein, swet treat. I love grilled fruit! My apartment smelled awesome after making it :)
- 1 pear
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (fat free)
- tons of cinnamon
- sweetener (stevia, splenda)
- sf maple syrup (if you don't have it, you can use this recipe and omit)
Slice pears in thin slices. Top with cinnamon and sweetener and grill, bake or cook on non-stick skillet. Meanwhile, mix cinnamon with cottage cheese and sweetener. Blend in bullet (or just mix if no bullet). Once pears are cooked, drain off excess liquid with paper towel. Mix the pears and cottage cheese together or eat side by side.
