Cookies and Cream Protein Cake with Choc PB Spread

Note: This was very um... different... I made a protein cake out of casein protein powder and an egg, and added my choc pb hummus spread that I made here http://eatoxygen.blogspot.com/2009/10/chocolate-peanut-butter-hummus.html

Ingredients:

-scoop casein protein powder

-egg white

Directions: mix egg white and casein protein powder. Microwave at 70% power for 2 minutes and it will form a cake.
