Cinnamon Raisin French Toast with Egg White Topping

Note: Using ezekiel bread, I made french toast.... to add more protein, I topped it with my cinnamon egg white mix (also known as "mock french toast eggs").

Ingredients:
- 2 slices ezekiel bread (cinnamon raisin)
- 3 egg whites
- tons of cinnamon
- NuNaturals vanilla stevia (can use vanilla extract and sweetener of choice)
- optional: sugar free jelly

Directions: mix 2 egg whites with cinnamon and liquid vanilla stevia. Dunk bread (both sides in mix) and cook on skillet. There will be leftover egg mix. Crack the third egg and add more cinnamon and stevia. Micro for 2 minutes or cook on skillet and top on bread.

Add sugar free jelly, if desired.
