Note: Another pumpkin loaf but added cocoa and subbed shredded wheat. It looks very deformed, but it tasted good.... promise!
- 30 gram shredded wheat
- 1/4 cup pumpkin
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon nunaturals baking stevia
- 15 grams wheat bran
- teaspoon cocoa powder
Directions: mix ingredients in bullet. pour in mini loaf and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or so.
