Note: I wasn't sure how the cheese would taste with red pepper, but it was good.
- 3 oz chicken
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1/2 red pepper
- slice fat free cheese
Directions: Cook veggies in skillet. Add chicken. Once all cooked, put in tupperware or bowl. Place fat free cheese wihile still hot, so it melts on it. You can put it in the micro for 10-15 seconds too. (since I was taking it to work, I put cheese on it and put the lid on top a little sideways, so the steam could come out)
