Chicken and Cheese on Rice Cakes

Note: this was great. I love the crunchiness of the rice cakes.

Ingredients:
- 3 mini rice cakes (I used Kim's magic pop)
- 3 oz chicken
- slice fat free cheese
- dijon mustard

Directions: mix chicken and mustard. Slice cheese and put pieces on rice cake. Add chicken and microwave for about 20 seconds.
