Note: This was inspired by Rachel Ray! I saw her make something like this on her show.
- green cabbage
- green apple (I think she used a yellow one)
- 3 oz chicken
- apple cider vinegar (dollop) mixed with some sweetener
Directions: Cook veggies with apple cider vinegar, add in chicken and apple. (don't add the apple in too early or it will turn to mush).
