Butterscoth Meringue with Peanut Butter

Note: I was in a meringue mood and this SOOOO hit the spot.

- 5 egg whites
- 8 grams sf/ff butterscotch pudding
- sweetener of choice
- pinch of cream of tartar

-tablespoon of peanut butter (You can drizzle it plain over meringue or off the tablespoon like me)

Directions: whip egg whites, sweetener, cream of tartar until fluffy. Fold in butterscotch pudding mix and bake in oven at 350 for about 10-15 minutes until turns slight brown. I drizzled a tablespoon of PB on it and some sugar free maple syrup. OH WOW!
