Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Cereal (Product Review)

Note: Now that it's cold in Boston, I am moving towards hotter foods than the ice creams. I tried this cereal from Bob's Red Mill and it is very good with Better 'n Peanut Butter and Banana pre-workout!

Ingredients:whole grain wheat, whole grain corn, whole grain rye, whole grain triticale (wheat), whole grain oats, soy beans, whole grain millet, whole grain barley, whole grain brown rice, oat bran, flaxseed

Low Fat PB and Banana Hot Cereal
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup hot cereal
- banana
- 1 tablespoon better 'n peanut butter
- stevia (optional:I didn't use it)
- cinnamon

Directions: Make cereal according to instructions. Add Mashed banana, peanut butter and cinnamon.
