Apple Cinnamon Flax Cracker with PB Protein Spread

Note: Oh wow, this was yummy. ALL natural too!

- Kathy's Flax Kracker (Apple Cinnamon)
- 10 grams tera's whey protein powder
- 1/2 tablespoon crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 tablespoon water

Directions: mix water, PB and protein powder. Spread on cracker.
