Note: I ate a bag of these pre-workout (running and lifting upper body) today with a banana. OMG, they are soo soo good. (I kinda alreayd knew since I sampled about a bag and a half of these at the expo I went to). They are mildly spicy and very filling. I highly recommend you try these.
