Note: This was a super sweet treat. You have to use a whey protein powder that you like. I used "all the whey" cake batter, which is one of my faves. I had this pre workout.
- 2 wasa crackers (any cracker sheet will do). I love wasa.
- 1 tablespoon low fat PB (better 'n pb or PB2)
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1-2 tsp water
Directions: mix water, protein powder and water until mix. Start with as little as water as possible. If it's too muchw ater, it will be runny, rather than a spread.
