Peanut Butter Cheesecake Pudding

Note: yummy dessert- high protein, fairly low carb and good fats.


- 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese

- 1 tablespoon peanut butter

- 1 tablespoon fat free cream cheese

-4 grams sf/ff instant cheesecake pudding

- sweetener of choice

- 2 oz almond breeze (unsweetened vanilla)

Directions: Blend all ingredients in bullet.
