Peanut Butter and Shrimp Stir-fry

Note: As you can guess, I immediately put my peanut butter to good use :)

- 3 oz shrimp
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (after I ate 1/2 the batch I made)
- red cabbage
- green cabbage
- carrots
- soy sauce
- spices (I used chili powder)

Directions: Cook all ingredients in non-stick skillet with soy sauce and spices. Top with peanut butter.
