Note: this was super yummy. I usually make Joseph's pita's "open sandwiches" because it is fairly thin bread and tends to break when I try to put food in it like a pita. (Really cute sight to see me eat). When I bake it, and top with other food, the crust is hard like pizza- doesn't fall apart.
- 3 ounce chicken
- 2 tablespoon hummus
- Joseph's low carb pita
Directions: preheat oven to 350. Add hummus and chicken. Cook for about 15 minutes.
