Note: I ate this pre-workout. I like chicken and mustard. I like pretzels and mustard... how about chicken, pretzels and mustard? :) I was working with already cooked chicken. If I were to use uncooked chicken, I would use the pretzels like a "breaded" topping.

- 3 oz chicken
Directions: cut chicken and pretzels in bite sized pieces. Mix with mustard. You can let it sit so the pretzels soften or you can eat right away for crunchy texture.
