Mocha Cottage Cheese (with or without Banana!)

Note: I added a banana to this since I am on a banana kick lately. And it was pre-run, so I needed the carbs :)


-1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese

- 1 teaspoon instant coffee

- 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder

- sweetener of choice

- Banana (optional)

Directions: Mix all ingredients in bullet.
