Maple Cinnamon Sweetened Plantains

Note: I started off with just cinnamon and stevia, but then decided to add some SF maple syrup. Yum.. NOTE: plantain must be BLACK or else it will not be ripe enough.

Ingredients:
- Plantain
- cinnamon
- stevia
-sugar free maple syrup

Directions:
Cut plaintain into 1/2 inch rounds. Cook on a non-stick skillet. Top with cinnamon and sweetener. Once cooked, top with sugar free maple syrup.
