Maple Cinnamon Soy PB Eggs

Note: A high protein, lower carb sweet dessert.

- 5 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon Soy Wonder PB (you can also use regular PB or PB2)
- 2 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup
-tons of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon flax
- sweetener of choice

Directions: Mix sweetener, cinnamon and egg whites. Cook on non-stick skillet or microwave in a bowl. Top with maple syrup, flax and PB.
