Maple Cinnamon Peanut Butter Meringue

Note: Sweet high protein dessert... with my FAVE Peanut butter!

- 5 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon homemade peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
- tons of cinnamon
- splenda/stevia/sweetener of choice
- pinch of cream of tartar

Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Beat egg whites, cinnamon and sweetener in mixer until soft(er) foamy peaks occur. Bake in oven at 350 until edges are browned. Top with PB, more cinnamon and maple syrup.
