Lower Carb PB&J Sandwich/Cracker

Note: Sticking to my recent PB&SFJ (Peanut Butter and Sugar Free Jelly Theme)... This uses straight protein powder as the "bread", therefore it is lower carb. You might have to play around with this recipe to get it right, based on your protein powder. I have used it with BSN and VPX graham cracker explosion too!

Ingredients:
- 1 scoop casein/whey protein (I used dymatize cookies and cream)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar free jelly

Directions:
pour 1/2 scoop of protein powder into two tupperware containers. Add a TEENY bit of water so that all the protein is mixed through on the bottom and you have a layer of protein powder. Put it in the microwave for a minute. Flip and micro for another 10-20 seconds. Spread PB and J on top.
