Note: this is good for PB addicts like me, who want to keep their fats low. (My fats are usually low pre and post workout).
- 2 ounces chicken
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup brown rice
- tablespoon Better 'n PB
- soy sauce (I didn't use it, but you can)
Directions: Cook chicken and rice. Mix with PB and soy sauce.
