Kashi Pudding

Note: I love my Kashi Go lean Cereal. I had this for breakfast pre-workout and ran like a champ :)

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (52 grams0 Kashi Go Lean
- 1/2 cup fat free milk
- 1 serving (1/4 pacage portion- 8 grams)- sugar free fat free pudding (I used banana cream)

Directions: Make pudding. Add in Kashi. So easy a caveman (or Kristin) can do it :)
