Note: Yes, I know so many pics weren't necessary, I was in a camera happy mood. This was so delicious. I love hummus and melted cheese.
- 1 low carb tortilla
- 1-2 tablespoons hummus (I used my homemade lemon garlic)
- slice fat free cheese
- tomato slices
Directions: top tortilla with hummus, then cheese and slice tomato. Roll and cook on foreman.
