High Protein Coconut Rice Pudding

Note: This was pretty good, not my favorite, but something different. I got the idea from bobdybuilding.com. I subbed coconut milk for fat free. I might try with skim mik tomorrow.

Ingredients:
- 29 grams rice
- 1/2 scoop protein powder
- 30 ml coconut milk

Directions: Cook rice. Mix protein powder and milk.
