Note: this is good for pre and post workouts, where fats are supposed to be low.
- 1/2 scoop protein powder
- tablespoon Better 'n PB
Directions: Slice banana in 1/2 length wise. Mix PB and whey. Add a bit of water, so it's a thick paste. (VERY LITTLE WATER!) If you add to much, it will be runny. Freeze.
