Note: If you are a PB and Banana fan, you have GOT to try this treat.
- frozen banana
- 1/2 tablespoon better 'n pb (or reg pb)
- 1 scoop protein powder (I used all they whey cake batter)
Directions: Cut banana in slices. Top with PB and make little sandwiches out of them. Serve with a side of protein sludge (protein powder and water). I use it as my dipping sauce :)
