- bowl of frozen grapes (I measured out 100 calories on my salter scale)
- 1/2 scoop whey protein
- tablespoon better 'n pb
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened vanilla almond breeze
Directions: Freeze grapes. Mix the rest of the ingredients together. Dip grapes into protein spread.
