Note: Such a yummy pre-workout breakfast (I have a terrible sweet tooth)
- 1/2 cup fiber one cereal
- 1/2 banana
- 1 scoop whey (all they whey cake batter is so good!)
- 1 tablespoon water
Directions:In bowl, mix whey and water, may need more or less until thoroughly mixed. Add fiber one and sliced banana on top.
