Note: 2 ingredients... EASY! (OK, 3 if you include the pam)
- 1 whole egg
- 1 scoop protein powder (I used dymatize cookies and cream) IMPORTANT: this needs to be a casein/whey combo or casein only protein powder.
- pam to coat skillet.
Directions: Mix the two ingredients together. Spray pam on non stick skillet. (to reduce excess oil, wipe after with dry towel).
