Note: I got home from babysitting my niece tonight and was starving. This hit the spot :) To be honest, I am not sure if I would have liked it plain (without the salad) as much. I liked the chicken verion of this better.
- 5 oz tuna
- 30 ml coconut milk
- curry powder
- salad (I had lettuce, tomato, carrot, celery, pickles)
- balsamic vinegar
Directions: Mix coconut milk, tuna and curry powder together. Top on salad.
