Chocolate Ice Cream

Note: A new twist on my ice creams. I added egg whites. OK, I know a lot of people are wary of salmonella, so you can use the equivalent of egg beaters as a substitute for the egg whites. If I don't post for a couple of days, I might be in the hospital :)

- 3/4 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese
- 4 grams sugar free fat free chococolate fudge instnat pudding mix
- 1/4 teaspoon xantham gum (not necessary if you don't have it)
- ice cubes

Directions: blend all ingredients in blender.
