Chocolate Cupcake Batter "Ice Cream"

Note: OMG, this was so good.

Ingredients:
- 1 scoop all the whey cake batter
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup almond breeze (unsweetened chocolate)
- 1 tspn xantham gum
-sweetener of choice
- ice cubes

Directions: Blend in blender and freeze.
