Note: My pancakes were so good this morning that I made another version tonight for meal 5.
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 scoop BSN Cinnamon Roll
- 4 grams sf/ff instant banana pudding
- 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- splenda/stevia to taste
Blend ingredients in blender. cook on non-stick skillet. Makes three pancakes.
