Note: Turning plain old eggs into a sweet meal. I ate this pre-workout, so it was low fat. If you want low carb, you can nix the apple and use real PB instead of Better 'N Peanut Butter.
- 4 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon Better 'N Peanut Butter
- sweetener of choice
Either microwave or cook apples until soft. Mix egg whites, cocoa powder, and sweeetener in bowl. Microweave for about 2 minutes. Add peanut butter and then apple to mix.
