Chicken, Black Beans and Egg Mix

Note: This is very balanced... high in protein and fiber from the beans and veggies.

Ingredients:
- 4 egg whites
- 1 ounce chicken
- 1/4 cup black beans
- sliced veggies (onion, green pepper, tomato)
- mustard

Directions:
hardboil eggs (or scramble). Cut up veggies and meat into small pieces. Throw all ingredients in a bowl and mix with mustard.
