Cereal- Yummy Pre-Run Food

Note: Not recipes, but great meals pre-run. I love shredded wheat with chocolate almond breeze. I also love kashi with skim milk or almond breeze. Normally I don't eat carbs late in the day... but I have been doing some twice a day runs lately since I am taking advantage of the nice weather. These are great energy sources!
